Nuestro compromiso es completar el trabajo descrito en el presupuesto o contrato acordado. No garantizamos resultados, ahorros de energía, o beneficios distintos a los descritos específicamente en el contrato del proyecto.
En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, JASZ Construction LLC no será responsable por daños indirectos, incidentales o consecuentes derivados del uso de este sitio web o de la contratación de nuestros servicios, más allá de lo establecido en el contrato específico del proyecto.

These Terms of Service govern the use of this website and the relationship between you and JASZ Construction LLC ("we", "the Company"), a general contractor offering remodeling, carpentry, LVP flooring, painting, sheetrock, and electrical services in Lawrenceville, Gwinnett County, and the greater Atlanta metropolitan area, Georgia.
Estimates provided through this website or by phone are approximations based on the information provided by the client and, where applicable, an on-site inspection. The final price and scope of work are confirmed in writing before any project begins.
The work to be performed is the work described in the estimate or contract agreed to in writing with the client. Any additional work or change in scope requested during the project may involve an additional cost, to be agreed upon with the client before it is carried out.
Payment terms (including any initial deposit, progress payments, and final payment) are specified in the estimate or contract for each project. The client is responsible for making payments as agreed.
JASZ Construction LLC operates in accordance with applicable licensing and insurance requirements in the state of Georgia for the services it offers. You may request information about our license and insurance coverage by contacting us directly.
The warranty applicable to workmanship performed, as well as any manufacturer warranty on installed materials, is specified in the estimate or contract for each project. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, or modifications made by third parties after the work is completed.
The client may cancel a project before work begins. If work has already started, or if materials have been purchased specifically for the project, costs already incurred may not be refundable. Specific cancellation terms are detailed in each project's contract.
Our commitment is to complete the work described in the agreed estimate or contract. We do not guarantee results, energy savings, or benefits other than those specifically described in the project contract.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JASZ Construction LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the hiring of our services, beyond what is established in the specific project contract.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
